Dr. Shlomo Groman / Шломо Громан / שלמה גרוֹמן is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Literature of the Jewish People at Bar-Ilan University in Ramat-Gan.
His doctoral dissertation, supervised by Prof. Dov-Ber Kotlerman, examined Yiddish scientific and technical literature focusing on terminology and language ideologies. His current activities encompass modern Yiddish literature, effective language-teaching methodology, Jewish multilingualism, and archival work.
Dr. Groman has extensive experience teaching Yiddish and Hebrew in academic and adult-education settings. He publishes scholarly articles, dictionaries, and various language-learning aids while developing innovative lexicographic tools. See full CV.
